What a douche! Halle Berry’s ex. and the ascribe to a ~ of her 3-year-old daughter Nahla, Gabriel Aubry has landed himself in legal hot water again. The 36-year-primitive model is being investigated for battery and chit endangerment after he got into a about words altercation with his daughter’s nanny preceding allegedly shoving her into a wall though she was holding Nahla.
TMZ is reporting that Aubry did not send word to the nanny that he was going to be keeping Nahla home from school up~ Wednesday, apparently due to illness, and she went to place of education to pick up the 3-year-old who was not there. The nanny therefore claims she went to Aubry’s tribe and was angry that she was not informed almost the illness. Things got heated whereas Aubry began to hurl insults at the woman in obverse of his daughter, allegedly saying: “You’re the f****** nanny. Who confer you think you are? You are a not anybody. You don’t need to f****** perceive anything.” The nanny then claims she pointed up Nahla to remove her from the changeable situation at which point Aubry shoved her into the wall.
The nanny, who has remained unnamed in this manner far, filed a police report following the bickering claiming she was injured. TMZ has been in touch with L.A. Law Enforcement sources and set forth “police are investigating Gabriel for one as well as the other misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor battery. The advertise lists the investigation as a battery, excepting law enforcement sources tell us they are ‘definitely investigating babe endangerment.” They added that, “baby protective services has launched a in accordance child endangerment investigation.”
Aubry will be visible at a special hearing tomorrow in a Los Angeles court. Berry is reportedly flying in to follow.
The circumstances of Berry and Aubry’s sore custody battle made headlines in October then Aubry was ordered to have the Nanny favorably attentive during his visitation with his daughter. There possess been rumours that Aubry was orally abusive to the 45-year-rich actress in the past, specifically that he used racial slurs in provision for her and possibly his daughter.
